Individuals with visual disabilities are typically well-acquainted with the accessibility features provided by their operating systems.
: While this feature can be useful for minor fixes like adding missing image alternate text, it is important to note that it is often unreliable and inaccurate. Remember, overlay technology is still in its early stages and should not be viewed as a definitive solution for avoiding legal issues related to web accessibility. We do not recommend the use of it as a solution to avoid legal accessibility-related problems, as it does not offer a clear advantage to users when considering cost-effectiveness.

: While we will do our best to resolve each issue, in the event your website is built using legacy technology, some of the issues may not be solvable, at which point we’ll be more than happy to strategize on alternative solutions.
: For businesses in the United States, you may want to complete a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT). VPATs can be done by the companies themselves or with the assistance of reputable accessibility companies such as Deque.
: Yes. Compliance and certifications are generally representative of your website at a given point in time. Any changes you make to your website in the future will likely require a reassessment and recertification.
