FundSERV is the Canadian investment fund industry transactions processing system, providing the trading network for fund distributors and fund manufacturers. Their new website features a redesign that reflects their professionalism and expertise in the industry. They were looking to have the basic information visitors needed presented on the website to promote their online presence and cut down on customer calls. A new navigation and site architecture ensured that information was available to the visitors in a clear and intuitive way. The site also features a secure client area, where their current clients could log in to view and download their personal files. Integration with FundSERV's own internal systems to generate Client reports completed this new customer friendly website.
